We provide weapon transfer services.
Per California Law transferring most weapons* to another person is referred to as a “private party transfer” and must be conducted through a fully licensed California firearms dealer. Failure to do so is a violation of California law.
The purchaser (and seller if the purchaser is denied), must meet the normal firearm purchase and delivery requirements.

Private Party Transfers on site:
If you selling a gun to a non-licensed individual transfers are done at our store in San Fernando.
Both you and the party that you are selling to or buying from, must both be present. Buyers must meet all state mandated criteria with regards to residency and HSC certification criteria. For your convenience, we recommend that you set an appointment. Call us at 818-356-4603
All Private Party transactions will be subject to a waiting period and state and dealer fees.
Dealer to Dealer or FFL Transfers:
We also act as a dealer to help you receive or send gun from and to other dealers.
If you are you sending or receiving a gun from anyone in another state we can help you out. We will assist in transferring your gun to another dealer and we can receive guns on your behalf. In addition to Cal DOJ DROS fees, freight and transfer fees will apply. Call us at 818-356-4603 for more information.
*"Antique firearms," as defined in section 921(a)(16) of Title 18 of the United States Code, and curio or relic rifles/shotguns, defined in section 478.11 of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that are over 50 years old, are exempt from this requirement. For additional exceptions, refer to Penal Code sections 27850 through 27966. (Pen. Code, § 27545.)
**All transfers must pay sales tax on the firearm that is being transferred in (CA BOE rule on firearms). All transfers must comply with CFLC program or firearms will be sent back at customer’s expense. Please note we will NOT except any High capacity magazines or re-build kits with your firearm transfer unless you are a Law Enforcement officer.
